Business creation “out of nowhere”

ImpactBuilders Services starts from a rough idea, and creates a running business out of that idea. Our four-step approach is your optimal way forward.

1 – Ideation and scoping

We can start from a vague impact dream, or a super-rough business idea around existing IP. We then shape the dream over and over again, until we have defined the scope of a potential business and drafted a list of potential markets.

2 – Market-centric fine-tuning

Our project lead now challenges the scope with real decision takers from the most important markets. Together they refine the business idea and draft a clear business model. The end is a gem of a pitch deck that is worth testing in the real world.

3 – Creation and pre-running

Now the team gets into action. We find and sign-up early adopter clients, define and run the initial services, create a mock-up or a usable tech component, and even set up a small legal entity to bundle all the IP.

4 – Spinning out

When the first results are positive, we attract the right leadership, add some important names to the client list, and attract the investments needed to scale the initial activities, and make the new business thrive.
